RichReference is the canonical transport for governed, kind-typed references that travel through REST, GraphQL, MCP, and agent surfaces. Each kind declares its payload schema and the subset of fields that may carry sensitive data; the runtime (S-2) enforces post-handler redaction using HMAC-signed denial tokens (F-5 mitigation).
